If we do not yet accept your insurance payer, please fill our form on "contact" to let us know of your interest in starting therapy, and which insurance provider you have.
We can bill commercial UHC, Aetna, and Cigna plans for out of network benefits, if you have them. We cannot bill for out of network United medicaid plans.
Private Rates
If you choose not to bill through a health insurance carrier, we do offer services at a private-pay rate. Initial evaluation is $250 including report, and follow-up 60-minute sessions are $100 each. We accept funds via HSA/HRA cards or credit/debit card payment. Payment is due at time of service.
